Terms of use
This software is licensed, not bought.
By downloading the software, the licensee obtains the non-exclusive, non-transferable right, to use the software under the conditions given below. The license remains valid for an unlimited period of time.
The licensee can enable the full functionality of the software by purchasing a license key. Before doing so, it is strongly recommended to evaluate the test version.
Storage and Network Use
The licensee may use one copy of the software on a single computer. The licensee may use the software on a multi-user or network system only if one license key is purchased for each node and terminal on which the software will be used. The license may not run the software on a web server or as a part of a website.
No Derivative Works
The licensee agrees not to modify, translate, disassemble, de-compile or in any other way create derivative works of the software. The licensee is authorized to create one copy of the program for backup purposes only.
No Resale
The licensee agrees not to rent, sell, lend, license or otherwise distribute the software or the licence key to any third party without the prior written consent of George Georgitzikis.
Limitation of Liability
The software and its associated documentation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express of implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall George Georgitzikis be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use of other dealings in the software. In no event shall George Georgitzikis liability arising out of the use or inability to use the software exceed the amount that the licensee has actually paid for the software.
